One of my best friends got into Tufts ED last year with similar stats (especially tennis) and similar test scores. Just bump up your SAT II's a few points (mabe take a foreign language test instead of math?) and continue with your extracurriculars. I got into Carleton with similar stats as you, but I didn't even send my SAT II scores. You should be set for Brandeis, GW, and Kenyon. Spend some significant time polishing your essay and you should end up getting accepted to a number of those schools. Also, I wouldn't recommend to pay anyone...the board is just quiet because it is Winter Break-ish.

I had the same exact test scores and GPA as you and was considering Carleton as one of the top schools on my list after Swarthmore (I was accepted ED I). Honestly, I don't think you will have to worry about anything past Tufts -- focus on your essays and other aspects on your application that you can control at this point, but I think you have a good chance.
