Evaluate my list so far too please? :D

Rice University
Scripps College (first choice but probably applying regular or EDII)
University of Washington / Honors (in-state)
Evergreen State College (in-state)
Lewis & Clark College
Santa Clara University
University of San Diego
Trinity University
Occidental College

I need to cut down to five applications.

I have a 3.929 GPA (by end of junior year, unweighted), 610CR/700M/660W SAT score (will take again in October, hoping for better, especially W & CR), undecided for a major/career, positions in 3 clubs, including starting up one for senior year (Amnesty Int'l.), and am in JV cross country for 3 years.

Any I should cut off my list or add? If it's out-of-state, I'm mostly looking for places with extremely great aid (i.e. barely any to no loans) or a sufficient amount of merit aid with the characteristics of the above colleges.

Looks good to me, gracie. They are all very nice schools. Post next spring and let us know if you got merit aid anywhere. Everyone keeps saying that Tulane has great merit aid since Hurricane Katrina, so you might want to add it. If you have time to visit Santa Clara, USD, and Trinity you might be able to eliminate one of them. They are very similar schools and the only difference may be the locations.
