Evaulate my transfer list

Hello,

I am a sophomore applying for transfer for next year next year. I have compiled a list of school I want to transfer to. I have done extensive research into the schools on my list already (and many not). I hope to gain acceptance into at least one of the schools because I cannot tolerate my current school any longer.

Here's a a quick summary of my humble stats:
Top 50 LAC majoring in ECE
GPA: 3.8 (mostly tech classes with slightly higher tech gpa; however, I don't believe my school is particularly hard).
FA: no
EC: I play in school band, hold a position in a social club.

last summer: internship at a family friend's engineering consulting firm.

HS GPA: 3.4?; 4.4?
SAT: ~1900
EC: 4 years of cross country
APs: ~10 (few 5s, few 4s, few 3s, few 2s)

Here's the list:
(ECE)
Cornell
Harvey Mudd
Rice
Brown
(Physics)
Vassar
Wesleyan
Carleton
Pomona

Also applied to:
UCB
UCLA
UCI

My stats is probably below to norm for most of the schools. I don't know if I need to apply to a safety school just in case. My current school has a predominately preppy, white, cliquey feel to it. It is the main reason why I am transferring. I don't want to end up in the same situation again.

Any input appreciated.
