Even a slight chance?

Vassar seems out of my league, but honestly I'd be ecstatic if I were offered admissions. It has everything I could possibly want in a college. I was wondering if it would be even worth my time to apply. Any chances?

I don’t think the numbers are in your favor, but it would be a shame not to try. A strong essay and excellent grades this semester would certainly help. And if it’s really your dream school but you don’t get in, make a strong showing somewhere else for a year and apply to transfer.
