My personal essay was pretty unique. The why essay was pretty specific.

I’m also an Eagle Scout and talked about my project in one of the essays. For what it’s worth, my acceptance letter specifically mentioned that the admissions committee found my community service impressive and hoped that I would continue to pursue it at GU, so it sounds to me like they value service projects like those quite highly.
