ever cried during a college interview??

just wondering if anyone ever cried during a college interview due to the subject matterr.. blah cause i just did because we were discussing my passion of becoming a doctor and i cried a little caues i was talking about my old school.

will this reallyyy affect me negativelyy??

I doubt it'll affect you...unless you're Muskie (and you probably have no clue what I'm talking about). I would think that college interviewers are more mature than to consider a person less qualified because of a little crying.

it only shows you are an emotional person. there's nothing wrong to be emotional.

What was the interviewer's reaction?

If it was admission to the medical department itself I would be a little more concerned. But in general, it should be fine.

Yeah how did they react? How did the interview progress from there?

the interviewer was about 24
so imagine him being a little confused thinking ''oh man.. this has never happened before'' and then he was like ohh can i get you water or tissues or anythingg?? he was really nice about it. but i just felt embarassed

and this interview was for a direct med program at union

Oooo direct med, you might wanna show more emotional stability for that, especially if you are in a field of medicine that deals with frequent death. Doctors need to show strength so their patients can. That being said, you're 17, and as long as you didn't get into hysterics, you should be ok.

If you are a girl then No.
If you are a boy then Yes.

Disclaimer: I am narrow minded person.

for all the narrow minded people out there, then i guess crying for me is okay
hah

also my cry was of joy/passion.. it doesn't mean i'm not emotionally unstable.. just that.. i reallyyyy want this
