Ever hate when that happens

So today we had our unit 2 test in chemistry. The material itself was fairly easy (dimensional analysis, graphing, Sig figs etc,) so I walked into class confident of acing. Then a fire drill happened. We came back to class, and i began working on my test, The bell rings and i have three problems left... 2 4 point problems... one 10 point problem. Then most kids leave, and the teacher forces us to hand it in. Her other class comes in, and after begging her, she gave me an extra 2 minutes. (which was useless as i could not concentrate through the noise).

So my day goes on... I beg her to take it first thing Monday, she says no. I said how about after school, she says no gain saying I'm in "honors." This really ****ed me off

Oh well... my supposed 90.44 average will drop as I probably failed that test. How much though?????????????

Seriously Fire drill + ****** bag teacher ( can't teach, assign 4 hour hw assignments) = FAIL

Was everyone else in the class able to finish, or did they just not care?

If the former, you can't really blame her...

Your teacher should give you some extra time if the fire drill interrupted the test. But perhaps the test wasn't that long anyway?

actually about 7 kids did not finish to their best of their ability, while a couple like me did not finish at all

the test wasn't that long, but the last question takes about 5 minutes of concentration to fully answer...

You should complain to your counselor or even your principal.

It's one test. Yea, it sucks, but try to make up for it next time.

it sounds unfair, but i dont see much good coming from complaining anymore. If anything, that would just make you seem like a whiner (no offense). Just bounce back and ace the next one.

You're lucky your chemistry teacher teaches you anything. Mine doesn't.
