have any of you guys ever studied for a quarter at another UC? or semester if we're talking about berkeley? and if so, how did you like it?

I didn’t study for a quarter, but I did a summer session at Berkeley in 2009. I didn’t like it there and am so glad I picked UCLA :)

Berkeley doesn’t have the fun vibe that ucla has. It’s too serious IMO.

A LOT of hobos too. It gets really annoying getting asked for change every few minutes.

The area around there also isn’t nice. It’s dirty (makes me sound like a snob I know).

The campus is too big. It took me forever to get to my class! (or so it seemed lol)

The class itself was fine though. I had a really eager and enthusiastic professor.

There’s a one quarter/semester transfer program you can do. It helps if they offer classes not offered at UCLA.

i know about the program, i was just wondering experiences from people who did it.

There’s only two classes i want to take at berkeley that unfortunately aren’t offered at UCLA. I’ll try to do it sometime next year : )
