Every community college class I have taken has been better taught than UVA

Community colleges are undergrad only teaching institutions where professors grade assignments and put all their time preparing their lectures

UVA is a research university where professors have to publish and put little to no effort into their undergraduate classes.

You should probably listen to the people who told you to go to a liberal arts college over a research instiution for undergrad.

Did you take the same courses at both community colleges and at UVA? How do you make the comparison? And what courses are you talking about? Somehow I am having a hard time to believe your statement.

And presumably you’re now in upper division, not intro.

A sweeping statement just opens you up to head shaking.

Your posts here are never all that helpful. You once equated the number of people in certain departments with quality, which made absolutely no sense. Undergraduate teaching and learning is the priority at UVA. Watch youtube videos of students talking about their time here and you hear them reference the attention they got from faculty repeatedly.

Why do you come to a dying forum to post these strange threads?
