Has anyone noticed that all of the other Ivies have notified their students? What’s up with HYP?

Save the best for last? ;-)

any suggestions what to do now that I've reduced my fingernails to bleeding stubs, abjured sleep completely for the last 2 days, driven my mom out of town with my incessant agonizing, tried to smash my way into the harvard accepted students page and tried in vain to reconcile myself to the fact that we'll only get to know on the 14th?

How about some Tylenol!!!

Sucharita,here's a suggestion

Withdraw your application,now!!!!

:p

I really wish I could do that akash

Sucharita, arent like only 3-4 students accepted from India into Harvard every year? I know it seems a bit off, but my interviewer told me this with certainty. Then again, the place im staying only accepts 3-4 as well.

yeah. i'm not going to be among those 3-4. so lets just get on with the rest of my life.

Look, have faith. Not that many people apply from India every year anyway, like 100 or so applicants. You CAN (and possibly will) be one of the 3-4 applicants. What are your stats anyway?

Pakistani students have complained that none of the Pakistanis have been accepted for the last seven years. Three to four from India is quite good. I do understand the difference between India and Pakistan, an the Indian contribution to the North American continent. Believe me three to four is very complimentary.
