<p>Well it really depends...those two schools are very similar socially. If I were you I would base my decision on the following:
-Is Honors more important or is going to a better school (Penn State is ranked higher)
-Visit both schools, see which one fits you better because this is the decision about the next four years of your life
-Do your research, which has a better biology program and acceptance into med school and research opportunities</p>
<p>does anybody know about the programs both universities offer for students majoring Biology??</p>
