Are we only going to be able to apply to excelsior after we made a final decision regarding a college? And what do you have to do to get in?

By the time it opens, I would imagine you should probably have a good idea of where you’re going, since May 1st is quickly approaching.
When you say “get in”— do you mean the school or the scholarship?
