Both the College of Human Ecology and College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (which is where I want to apply) require that students have taken precalculus. I however did not take this course in a single year and instead opted to take college algebra and trigonometry separately. The combination of these two courses are what make up precalc and the next level of math for me to take would still be AP Calculus. However, I didn't know that I wanted to apply to Cornell and chose to take AP Stat instead. Does having trig and college algebra on your transcript still fulfill the precalc requirement? Thanks you guys!

Call admissions and ask them.

It should. You should contact admissions or leave a note in your Common App. You’ll be fine; the admissions office is lenient about these kinds of things.
