Liist, but there's Gatorade.

I think normal sexual intercourse burns off some 300 calories an hour -- bonus points awarded for physically strenuous positions!

I usually jog a mile or two daily, do sit ups and push ups whenever the fancy strikes, and do some other activities on whim (pull-ups, chin ups, bicycle kicks, squats, etc.). I also sometimes play around w/ weights and dumbbells.

Ironically, I exercise far less during the summer (no school) than during the winter (school). It may have something to do with the fact that it is currently past 8 at night and above 100 F, or it may not. Most of my caloric combustion comes from climbing mountains - large, looming ones at that!

Lol, try Arizona, you whiners! The usual is 114F IN A WHITE BOX SUSPENDED SIX FEET FROM THE GROUND! Heat island sup the temps to 120+ without any difficulty! May not be humid, but we sort of lack an ocean to jump in to at our beck and call...

Usually I do a 3 mile job 1 day then 2-3 other days I alternate between a weightlifting schedule; (squats, bench, barbell row, and dips) and (squats, deadlift, overhead press, and pull ups)

This keep me in relative good shape and sane.

madcow's 5x5, hour of light cardo 4x a week

Nice to see someone else doing some compound lifts too :p

I, uh....

Yeah.

Actually, I live in a neighborhood juuuust far enough from the downtown of my town that I can't just walk over quickly, but not far enough to drive. So I usually take a 10 min bike ride or 25 min walk, and then bike around to visit my friend who works at Harris Teeter (and come back up on a huge hill). I used to do yoga, but now I mostly just make a point to leave the house and not feel like a blob every day.

Used to be PE every Friday and an hour of tae kwon do every week. But one of my best friends has embarked on a new fitness kick and I feel like a lazy slob so now I swim a couple times a week and sometimes join her in the gym. Don't know how I'm going to keep it up this summer though, the pool near my house is tiny.

I have the Gatorade powder because it's cheaper, but I don't have bottles ready to go. I prefer bottled water and salt tablets because it's even cheaper.

I usually go to the gym about 3-5 times a week. I also go on hourly walks with my mom. But I don't do any toning exercises besides crunches. :( I'm trying to lose some weight I gained during the school year...
