<p>We can't find that we received any site/password for it.</p>

<p>We did get our SPS letter for their site.</p>
<p>Notnim- I swear we really are having similar experiences! We also didn't get the password or anything from Exeter. I called and they sent me an email with all the information. I know I never received the first one because I have a file for each school that all that stuff goes in. </p>

<p>When I called, they just confirmed who I really was and gave me the user id & password right on the phone.</p>
<p>They emailed me my password and login in late October.</p>
