Ok, so recently I have been lurking around CC and heard a lot about how Exeter isnt a good school, does not have a nice campus, unbearable homework, "ugly" people, etc.
is this true or do people actually like it at Exeter like others say they do at other schools?
it just made my mood go down because i really liked it A LOT before people started putting it down):

don’t listen to other people, go with your gut. If you like it go to it. And I don’t know where you are seeing these comments but I think the general consensus on this website is that it is an amazing school.

I go there now and I love it. If you have any questions about it feel free to ask.

It was my first choice and I loved the tour and everything about it and I am 99% attending Exeter in the fall.
I was wondering, is the homework manageable?
like 2 hours does not sound bad, but ive heard 5 hours form some people?
i plan on taking some advanced courses but definitely not the heaviest course load, just in math and science probably.

from what i’ve heard, it all depends on your work habits. thingslost, who’s a prep at exeter now, tells me that the workload is intense but manageable (except for the bio final, apparently…haha). apparently the only ones dying from their workload are the slackers, the time-wasters, or the ones taking like 6 ultra-advanced courses…

it’s more than 2 hours, probably less than 5…

ok that sounds reasonable, and I am pretty good about doing my homework, I have good habits(: compared to my classmates now especially :D
