Exeter Transcript and School Report

We don’t see a place in the application form (not submitted yet) for the transcript and/or school report. How does it work with Exeter application?

Will Exeter require to have a school report (maybe filled out by the counselor) together with the transcript?

You have to print out a form and give it to the school, the have to fill it out and attach the transcript.
