Exhausted

<p>I've just been really tired lately. Thankfully, I haven't gotten sick despite the stress and the flu going around, but I'm still lethargic most of the time.</p>

<p>I try to get about 8 hours of sleep a night, but both my roommate sleep late and it screws with me. The weekend suck too, because I sleep late and it messes up my sleep cycle. I hate naps because they also mess with my sleep cycle.</p>

<p>Does anyone else feel tired constantly? What do you do to become energetic? And does anyone have tips on sleeping?</p>

<p>Look at your diet... are you getting enough protein and iron? (think spinach, red meat, etc). Do you get some exercise? They both give you energy.</p>

<p>Lollybo, I've been very exhausted too. It's probably because of the rainy and chilly springtime weather here that just gets me lounging around the house all day. I also probably don't eat as well as I should. I definitely don't get enough protein and iron since I'm a vegetarian. To keep me awake and somewhat energetic though, I've been working out a lot which also keeps me in a good mood because of the endorphins.</p>

<p>Good question, tickleme. But it's small things like the lights being turned on for a second, the desk lamp, barging into the room right before my mind turns off, laughing at youtube videos, that I find annoying.</p>
