Recently, I was expelled from my school for details i'd rather not get into. Fortunatly, I am still going to graduate on time, and still recieve a diploma, not a GED. Now ofcourse, i'm wondering how to handle this with college. I'm still 100% college bound, and don't want to let this mistake destroy my future. I am currently accepted into 3 colleges, and I have been for a long time now. They are all state run colleges. Now, what should I do? Do I have to tell them I was expelled, even though i'm getting my diploma on time? If so, how should I go about doing this? I talked to my guidance counselor, but she doesn't really know how I should go about this. She says I should look at the applications for my colleges to see if there are any questions about this, and I don't see any. But, I don't want to get in to trouble later on. So, any direction would be greatly appriciated, because both me and my councellor don't know where to go next.

That is astounding that your guidance counselor doesn’t know how to help you. Go to the head of guidance and tell them your own counselor is unsure and what do they suggest. If still no satisfaction, then go to the principal. It is their job to know.
