Experimental Sections Thread

yup! i said he doesnt talk about physical exhaustion
i had to reread it a few times to make sure he didnt, lol

Did any of you get that CR passage which started off with a shakespeare quote about a stage....then starts talking about newton..and then goes in-depth about reality and the world as a stage...objective reality?

Yes. Hardly anyone else had it.

I can't remember which writing experimental I had. The ones I remember are: Dinosaur, Indian programmer then writer, Indian collumnist, Lions and humans as prey (short), media and violence in children. Are any of these experimental?

Indian Columnist. Not many had that one, either. :)

Ok I'm getting worried---i did NOT have the car or Ireland one
pathetically, i can't remember--but those ring no bells at all and i definetely think i'd at least somewhat rememember...

any1 else get an experimental writing besides these two?

ears - i'm in the exact same boat as you are!
i can't remember what my extra one was about, but what I remember was that it was oddly well written for a paragraph correction. Almost everything seemed to flow very well

AHA! I JUST REMEMBERED MINE OMFG
lol it was about the beach, and treasure hunting, and how winds would fling stuff into the sand and then blow away the sand and leave behind debris
and lol how did i just remember that lol

I had that one for real on January SAT's.

ok...mine was not that beach things either.

ugh, i can mentally picture it, but can't remember it. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.

some1 help outtt

Yeahh I had two fill in Math sections, so one of them must have been experimental.

What are experimental section? Do they count on your score?

i had a writing experimental section
the paragraph was about buying a car

how do you know which section was your experimental vs. which section was your actual?

ie I had 4 critical reading sections so one was definitely experimental, but how am I supposed to know which 1 of the 4 was?

well, weve sort of been asking others what critical readings they had
the ones that count everyone should have had, the experimental ones only a percentage of others did

but i could have sworn the beach/ treasure hunting thing was writing, not reading!

reading i remember:
media evils
dinosaur museum
and indian programer-> writer

i don't remember a math exp. with a truck problem either?

so i can't figure it out and and it's driving me nuts!

oh okay nevermind, so in this case, the beach/treasure writing was the experimental?

did you guys have a passage about the african american girl's experience of going to the concert? or the one about the value of antiques?

We need somebody who had the math experimental to list what passages they had for those who had CR experimental... I remember I had
1) Indian programmer->writer
2) Dinosaur/ museum
3) Electronic media affecting children
4) Author of Little Women's transformation as she switched to writing with her left hand

Umm.. I remember a mini about the space-sucking tree..hrmm
