So what ended up being the problem? Too many or too few full-time students in college or too many or too few people in the household?
Had to add a household member & college student to the FAFSA, which changed the SAR and made the Pell Grant award higher.
School went by original verification, lower Pell Grant, which is understandable.
Just took a heck of a long time and a lot of work to get that explanation!
