<p>I'm gonna to take a gap year between HS and college, a year from Sep. 2010 to Sep. 2011. And I'm trying to enter college in fall semester in 2011.
However, I am confused because I have to prepare my application from now while my gap year has just start. I mean, everything, such as programs, hasn't begin yet.</p>
<p>So, should I give AOs simply a plan of my gap year?</p>
<p>You pretty much have no choice other than to give them your plans. I would expand that to show that it’s more than just plans, by telling about the research you did when choosing this program, what you did useful over the summer that would indicate that you’re likely to follow through with the plans, etc. Nobody really wants to hear what you’re going to do, but what you have actually done.</p>
