<p>To date, there are only official explanations for ALL the Red Book’s tests by the ACT themselves. Third-party explanations are really only for the Math section, like ACT Quantum (which @SATQuantum owns) and YouTube channels like @SchoolMadeEasy.</p>

<p>I’ve been recording video explanations to the free practice exam on the ACT website (which is official of course). I’m covering all sections and I’m about 1/2 through the test right now. If you have any suggestions to improve them, let me know, I want them to be as useful as possible.</p>

<p>The explanations immediately after the test in the red book are quite good. Try really hard to understand where you made a mistake from this explanation - this is truly the best way to learn. If you’re spoon fed everything by someone like a tutor, you won’t increase your score as much as learning things yourself. I learned this the hard way.</p>
<p>If you try really hard and still can’t understand a question, then try to ask someone or look it up online.</p>
