I received a letter saying that my Express Application's been moved to the regular application. I know that it's not a good sign, but should I let go now of my chances of getting in?

Honestly, I don't know much about the express app because I didn't use one. However, from the impression I get, they were looking for honors program material first. So all the kids that got in so far were considered "highly qualified." They probably did the same thing with the express people, and only let in the best kids. I'm waiting for my letter too, and it is really annoying and scary to see other people get letters while I sit here with nothing wondering whether or not I'm going to get in.

What are your stats? Anyway, best of luck to you!

I already got accepted to NYU but nevertheless, I wanna brag about Northeastern too

Wow. someone that got into NYU really shouldnt be deferred from Northeastern. Something is definately not right lol.

marcNHS, what are your stats?

you'll be fine

got deffered express... but wont be attending cause i got into tufts.

It seems like to me applying Express wasn't actually helpful. Obviously you getting in Tufts shows that you were a great canidate, kind of ironic that you were deferred from Northeastern.

Yeah Jewls I found that quite wierd. It doesn't matter anyhow so i am not that dissapointed. I'm just gald that I am some place close to Boston... I love that place. I also got accepted into UMich (another thing that also really makes me wonder why i got deffered..), but I not that a big fan of large state schools in sub-urban settings...

where are you planning on attending Jules?

Well i got accepted to Northeastern, but i'm still waiting to hear from Boston College and Bucknell University. I think it will eventually come down between the three of them.

Jewls, what are your stats? My top choices are BC, BU, and Northeastern also. Waiting to hear from NU to see if I receive any scholarship :)

Rideboarder here you go... By BU did u mean Bucknell or Boston U? I'm also waiting to hear from NU about scholarships, i'm hoping to hopefully get quite a bit and that my ulimately make my decision. What are your stats?
