Extended Application and Completion Deadlines

<p>Due to the impact of Hurricane Sandy, Binghamton University has extended its application and completion deadlines for both Spring 2013 admission and Fall 2013 Early Action admission.</p>

<p>Spring 2013</p>

<p>New application deadline: Nov. 15</p>

<p>New application completion deadline: Dec. 3</p>

<p>Fall 2013 Early Action</p>

<p>New application deadline: Nov. 29</p>

<p>New application completion deadline: December 17</p>

<p>I applied Early Action almost 3 weeks ago. Would it be reasonable to expect a response anytime soon? Do they decide on applications before deadlines? I know the date they will get back to everyone by is still January 15th but I really hope I don’t have to wait about another two months. Of course it would be worth the wait if I got accepted. It’s probably 50/50 about whether I will get in and I really want to get in (it’s my first choice).</p>

<p>If you go by last year, then you will get the letter by January 20th or so. That’s when my Son got his. They also extended the application deadline last year due to the Hurricane they got in September. Just be patient. It goes fast and good luck.</p>
