Extending deadlines due to hurricane?

<p>Is it probable to assume that the Common App may extend early action/decision deadlines due to storm? has there ever been such a situation in the past?</p>

i heard yale did but im not applying to yale so i didnt get an email; though im sure their website can tell you</p>
