<p>Say I work at the school yearbok as a photographer. Where do I put this information in the Common App. The only box I can pick is (Journalism/Publication). How do universities know that this is specifically the yearbook. </p>

<p>Also, if I organize a charity event, which category do i pick? (Community Service/Volunteer?)</p>

<p>Pick Journalism/Publication and then in the space for details and accomplishments, you can elaborate your part as the photographer for the yearbook.</p>

<p>And yes, you pick Community Service for the second one.</p>
