i was just wondering if theres any way i can take online classes or if there are any programs that offer extra classes to high school students
thanks.

Does your school allow independent study? At my school if you wanted to take a class that wasn´t offered, or that was offered but not enough students had signed up for it to run, or if the class really existed but you just couldn´t fit it into your schedule, you could have a teacher sponsor you for independent study. You basically write up a course description and syllabus, study the material on your own, and have regular meetings with your sponsor teacher. I did AP Spanish that way (made easier by the fact that my mom is the AP Spanish teacher), plus several other classes--a PE, French 4 (though that was study abroad--I talked to the teacher and did the paperwork with her before I left, she reviewed the work I´d done in France after I got back, and she approved it for credit), and an English class. (I created my own World Literature class because I had to have an English class my senior year, but I´d already done both AP Englishes in 11th grade and I couldn´t fit any other class into my schedule.)

But maybe other schools have different policies. :) And really, independent study only worked for me as well as it did because I grew up homeschooled, so was accustomed to studying without a teacher in front and classmates around me.
