Right now, I am getting a (89.3%) B for my Geometry class. And I really want to get an A! My teacher won't give me any extra credit. Only two people are getting an A on her class. The only way we can get more points is if we correct our homework, but we can only get half of the wrong points back. This is what she calls "extra credit." For example, if I get 12/20 you can only get 16/20 and that's it. And I've corrected everything! If she let us correct our midterm I would be getting an A but she won't let us. What do you guys think I should do? I've always done very well for her class but I make careless mistakes. :(

There you go. Just check over the work. Obviously there’s nothing you can do to better your grade at this point if she’s not offering extra credit, and you’ve done all the correcting you can do.
Math can easily be your highest grade out of all your classes if you check over everything you do.
In Algebra, when I was taking it in middle school (I’m not counting Geometry or Algebra 2 since our homework is basically effort grades) I checked over EVERYTHING, every step in my work, and while it’s time consuming, I made a 99 in the class, so it definitely paid off. If you know how to solve the problems, then just check over your work and you’ll make better grades. Other than that, there’s really nothing that can help you in Math besides studying, but even that’s kinda useless if you already know everything and you’re only making careless mistakes.

A 90 is an A for you? Lucky…

Well there’s always SEXtra credit…
