Extra Curricular for ILR?

I am applying to ILR early and I know that ECs and "leadership" weigh very heavily in their decision. I am not sure if my ECs are up to par with the other applicants, can someone help me out.

Leadership:
Actor in the school play for 4 years and will direct it as well senior year (does this count as leadership?)
300 hours of volunteering at an organization that uses theater to spread awareness about social issues (does it count as leadership if I directed and wrote some skits?)
Model UN, I was a member for 4 years and was Head Delegate Junior and Senior year.

Sports
I have been skiing since I was 6 and am a member of the Junior Alpine Ski Team in Hunter Mountain. We were number one in New York in the 2010-2011 season and I am constantly ranked as one of the top 5 skiers on the team.

Work Experience:
Two summers of doing basic secretarial jobs through a government program that provides summer jobs to teens in NYC.

Hard to say how your EC’s compare to other applicants, but I know that some will be captain of a varsity sport, class president, have lead roles in theatre productions, awards, etc.

I think your EC’s are fine. To me, the most impressive is the skiing because you’ve been doing that for many years. For most students, dedicated passion>>anything else. I always worry when I see long lists of activities, but then see they’ve only been doing them for 1 or 2 years. You don’t seem to have that issue.

Most students aren’t applying with the opportunity to be on a varsity team or have done something highly unique or won some super competitive competition.

Ahh thank you XD I’ve stuck with all my activities all throughout high school (except volunteering because that was taking too much of my time up during the year.) I am just worried that all these class presidents and basketball stars are going to be applying.

Well, I think the Cornell basketball team only has 11 players and not all of them are freshmen
And is being class president actually an impressive accomplishment? (Or am I too cynical?)

Haha still XD I just wanted to see if this is “good enough”.
