extra-curriculars!...need opinions...

Aside from test scores, GPA, rank, etc., I know that extra-curriculars are a really important part of one's application (especially at top schools like Cornell). I have always felt that my EC's were relatively strong but I am no siemens westinghouse winner or internationally-acclaimed pianist. I was wondering if anyone could offer their opinion/give advice to me based on my list of EC's....thanks!

They're definitely more than fine. Make sure you express a common goal between some of them, though. For example, if you're in both the Latin and Spanish clubs, emphasize that you're interested in world cultures and languages. It makes your EC's look more solid.

yup, show focus, not random involvement. find trends and play them up. and of course focus on your most impressive ECs, but don't leave stuff out.
