extra curriculars

This is a very wierd question and obviously I don't expect more than a vague response. Assume that at any given school my GPA, test scores, and such will be average or median for that school; in other words disregard them

At which colleges might the following extra curricular activities be significantly below average, fairly below average, average, and above average (if any-hopefully at least a few!).

Please understand that I have just finished the first quarter of my sophomore year, and I don't know much about school scholarships, honors, etc. These are my major activities which are very significant in my life, and I neglected to include those less significant ones because I would be largely predicting the future.

1.Dedicated student of the piano for many years
2.Bearer of a black belt in Taekwondo
3.Co founder and Co president of school martial arts club (i am very devoted to it, and so I have not been involved in other clubs- how do some people manage to be in so many clubs??? not at the same time, surely??)
3. Many hours of community service at a community college
(4. I am also considering studying a humanities subject at a university summer school course, if we can afford it...i doubt we can-will it make a large difference?)
(5. I am looking into being a school history tutor for extra community service, I need to be contacted my the person in charge. Assume I do end up doing it, please).

What the heck, ill throw "minority status" in there-I am Middle Eastern. I know this is classified as "white." I am fluent in the language and culture, will it have any potenial effect? Not that it should in my opinion...
