Hey all,
So I am currently a junior in high school. I have straight As, with a few AP courses, and many extra-curriculars. Starting in my freshman year, I have participated in band, softball, the A+ program (a program where 50 volunteer hours=college money), Student Council, and Executive Council. This year I became involved in debate and Freshman Mentors (mentoring freshman during homeroom). I have also been invited to apply to National Honors Society. But my question is, even though NHS is great and would look good, should I join it? I know that colleges, especially the ones I am looking at, don’t want a long list of ECs-they want a few that you are heavily involved in. I would say that I am pretty involved in everything that I am.
Thanks for the help!
