<p>I know Yale says extra letter of rec are strongly discouraged, but would it really hurt if I sent in a letter from my manager? I already sent in a letter of rec from CEE, the program that runs RSI, so this would make a total of 4 letters...Yes? No? Thanks!</p>

<p>Have your guidance counselor write it in his or her midyear report if you feel the need to include them. Once again it's going to come down to your essay, and how they view you as a total package. A few extra awards aren't going to make too large of an impact, but if the GC includes it then they can see that you're still doing good things.</p>
