extra pounds

Ok so this past semester I swear I have put no 15-20 pounds... And I am not even in college yet! What going to happen when I get my freshman 15? Yikes. Maybe its because I sit around all the tiem doing homework... Anyone else notice a little extra weight gain?

no my pants are falling down now

ugg well lucky you.. i need a few more inches...

I have gained maybe 5 pounds. Admissions are stressful. Stress leads to gorging yourself with food.

Yes!!!! exactly... AHH i want brownies right now as a matter of fact

All I did was eat ice cream after my rejections. And it didn't make me feel better. I gained weight for nothing.

I have a viscious cycle going on. I have sleep apnea because something happened to my back, I was more sedentary, then ate some because I was bored, thus gaining a few pounds and causing the apnea. So, with the sleep apnea, I'm even more tired, my body doesn't metabolize as well, and I'll gain a few more pounds. VISCIOUS I SAY! LOL

Luckily, it's reversed and I'm losing weight (thank GOD). So, it's better now, but I still want to lose a few more pounds before college. And, you will see me eating mainly salads and chicken.

Ah, hell, who am I kidding... I'm going to be packing away those gravy n' biscuits like crazy in the morning. Then, I'll eat salad. LOL

run helps with stress and weight problem

I have gained so much weight in the last month or 2..

School stress! I felt guilty when I watched tv (felt that i should be actually doing my hw) and I overcame the guilt by eating a big meal when i wasnt even hungry, while watching tv. It kinda made the time wasted seem more productive..

I love running but I rarely have time anymore :(

I eat because I am bored...CC has kept my boredom and thus my cravings and thus my weight off. Of course, I need to exercise to get the true benefit of lost weight in order to build up some muscle masss.

Ive been eating a lot, 2 bagels, a donut, and apple danish for lunch yesterday (kid works at DD), and nothing. I eat so much and I cant gain any weight. I think I just eat to often.

I also eat a lot, but the most I gain is one or two pounds, which I lose by exercising.

Yeah, I've gained 2-3lbs in the past few weeks. I usually exercise a lot but I broke my finger badly and was on pain killers for a while so I really didn't feel like exercising. Hopefully I'll start up again this week.

I have gained 32 pounds over the last two years, and have not exercised one pound off; I might actually begin to do so this summer, because I need to do some body refining before I leave the house.

i lost 15 lbs over spring break.

i got the flu and didnt eat at all, it was such a great diet. i really recommend it.

the best way to loose weight is by doing excercise
lots of excercise...find some excercise that you like and you will be fine :)

Yeah, I still have my 10 lbs of winter weight. It needs to drop NOW because prom is soon... I've been running my sorry tired ass off but it's not working yet.

i swear i gained 10 pound just in one day...i think it might be because my scale is crappy because i go from 170 to 190 and then back to 170 within 1 or 2 days...pretty weird

running isnt immediate result....you need to wait patiently and you will start to see results....btw if your running on a treadmill, dont!....run on the roads, its much better because the tread mill doesnt give you the best result because its doing most of the work for you

Or at least find a sponge track like the ones on which many high school meets are run, since concrete is not as good. The only advantage is change; you are on a small journey, not running in a loop over and over again. And no 5 mile runs when starting, either; that just becomes a major problem.
