<p>My daughter will be applying for admission to Cal Poly next year for the Animal Sciences major in the College of Agriculture. We are from WA and are not familiar with the CSU application. I have seen some directions on the CSU Mentor program that indicate there are 4 additional questions that applicants to Cal Poly need to answer that are not required for other schools. Does anyone know what those questions are? I’m wondering if these questions deal with work experience and extracuricular activities. I see those are part of the admission evaluation at Cal Poly.</p>
