Extra Recommendation Letter Question

<p>My employer is graciously writing me a letter of recommendation, but I was wondering how I should best submit them to the colleges I'm applying to.</p>

<p>Should I mail it to each school via snail mail? Or should I get my employer to send me the file so I can upload it to the "Additional Info" section of the Common App?</p>
