<p>I'm going to a community college and I'm hoping to transfer to UW-Madison for my Junior Year (Fall 2012).</p>

<p>-Do EC's play any role when transferring?</p>

<p>I played 4 years of soccer and 3 years of basketball in HS and I was in 2-3 other clubs(no leadership position tho).</p>

<p>Do I need to get a paper from my HS saying that I played those sports and was in those clubs or do they check it themselves?</p>

<p>I don't know too much about the application process because I didn't apply to any college. I just went straight to a community college.</p>

<p>I doubt your H.S. ECs would matter much. It’s your community college involvement that counts.</p>

<p>Check the UW transfer application. Your grades in college level courses count the most. HS is ancient history by now.</p>
