I wouldn’t discount the bottom of the resume. The items on the bottom of the resume are good icebreakers for interviews and also can predispose a recruiter in your favor if you share a common interest.

<p>This is very true, but it’s most important to actually have a full page of leadership before you get to the “additional” section.</p>
