<p>On the UC application under extracurriculars, what kind of description are they looking for? Can we use phrases?</p>
<p>Ex: For Cross Country, I wrote "Trained over summer, helped at middle school meets."</p>

<p>With a cap of 160 characters you can’t really put much else. I did almost the same thing, just tried to squeeze in one more sentence or whatnot. I really don’t think they care so much if you used ever character with over 65,000 UC apps being submitted.</p>
