So I've been thinking about this a lot lately. When I apply to colleges, will I need to send proof of volunteer work, completion of college summer programs, etc.? Or do I just put it in and college admissions take it for granted?

You don’t need proof. They just ask you to list what you have done. :)

Well they do exactly take it for granted, they trust ur GC will prevent u from putting false info on ur application

dont exactly take it for granted
Typo

Here’s the thing: if you’re going to tell a lie big enough that it might actually make a difference in your admissions decision, it would be easy to check. (You could, for example, Google “US Olympic Diving Team 2012,” or look up the cast of The King’s Speech on IMDb, and see that the name FutureExonian15 does not appear in those lists.) And if you’re going to tell a lie small enough that it’s hard to verify, it isn’t really going to make any significant difference in your admissions outcomes.

Ok thanks guys! Haha no my parents wanted me to get some sort of proof for volunteer work I did but I got too lazy and didn’t get it plus I don’t know where half of my certificates went…
