Hi, I am currently a senior in high school and I have created a successful club towards oppression around the world wether it is the Black Lives Matter Movement, Yemen, Palestine, and other conflicts that involve oppression of some sort. I have had major support through my community. My question is someone has contacted me in which they have stated that they love the idea of the club and want to create a club at there high school with the ideas that I have incorporated in my club and that if I could help him form a club in his school. While I am all for creating more clubs centered around fighting oppression and allowing for others to gain the knowledge they need would it be weird if I put it on my college apps, and resume that I helped extend my club to another school? Would it make sense? Do you think its a great idea to share the ideas of my club and allow for another club to form without them acknowledging my credit? I don’t want it to seem that I am padding either or worse fibbing. Could you please help me out? Thanks.
It wouldn’t be that weird to put it on your application. Just word it in a way that’s humble while still being truthful.
Okay great!! Thank you! Do you have an idea on how to word it? I don’t want it to seem off in anyway. Thanks!
