Extracurricular Resume for UNC?

Hi all,
Applying EA this fall. Under the Activities section of the UNC-specific questions, they have an optional resume where you can include and explain, in depth, the things that are important to you. I am planning to put three activities here. I have a couple questions:

  1. How should I structure this resume?
  2. I was planning on elaborating on one of these extracurriculars in the “Additional Information” writing section of the Common App. Should I not put it on the UNC resume then? Or should I just use the Additional Info section and elaborate on all three activities?
