Extracurriculars: Not enough room to describe!

I noticed that the room that you are given on the Common Application's "Activities" section is incredibly small for describing each activity. What I did is create a bulleted Microsoft Word document that describes all my leadership and accomplishments in my activities, since I really didn't have nearly enough room on the application.

I'm just curious, does this seem like it will be too much, or overbearing for an admissions officer? Or is this what everyone else does?

I suggest you keep to the character limit. College essays read thousands of essays so it’s best to keep it short and concise. I don’t think it’ll reflect positively with a lengthy wordy description.

It’s not an essay, I just dropped it in the Additional Info section. I feel like, especially with my larger EC’s like my summer volunteer work and band, I need more room to expand and list my accomplishments.
