A friend of mine got 11 on the essay ,only 3 MQ wrong and a final score of 730 ... (shocked)

From the chart that I’m using, that sounds about right. Writing is really hard to get a high score in >_>

Yeah that’s how it normally is. I got a 9 essay and 3 wrong and got a 710 :

ugh… i got some number wrong and get 530…

:(

I am hoping for 750 + on WR so I need a 12 essay and what , 4 errors at most ?

^Just based on a quick look at the curves, for a 750+ you need any of the following:

MC raw - essay

44 - 12
45 - 11
46 - 10
47 - 8,9
48 - 7
49 - 6

2-3 errors on MQ are achievable .WR questions are easy , we just need to stay focused.

Someone said they got 9 essay 3 wrong 710?? I got 9 essay 2 wrong 700. Not that 10 points will make a huge difference but yea just wondering. Did you write may?

In January I got 9 essay and 9 errors and 620 .I have improved a lot since then

Lol i felt kinda jipped too. Got 10 essay 3 wrong = 720…

And usually ,5 wrong with 10 essay is 720 …

I think that’s the biggest problem, if you look through the difficulty levels of writing questions most are E’s and M’s, it’s just so hard to stay focused that we simply make careless mistakes, i know for me for example on practice tests i’ve been getting 3-6 errors and everytime i go back it’s a very stupid mistake.

For my SAT a long time ago I got -3 writing and 10 essay and got a 740 so I guess that was easier than May test.
