ED decision in a little over then a week and I want to know my chances!

SAT 1: 1260 590 verbal 670 math ( verbal is so low and I am not even International)
SAT2: Math2c: 680 Writing 570
GPA: 3.2 UW 3.6 W-4th decile... But it really isn't accurate due to the fact that we are given 8 point for a AP and Honors Classes ( which screwed me over freshman and sophmore year rank wise)
Toughest Courseload for Junior and Senior year 6 AP's in total.
Decently tough courseload first two years.

Please give me some insight I am really scared for my Babson Decision that comes out on the 15th.

Pretty much all of them look good. I'm sure most of them are reaches for you, not sure about Tufts, haven't really looked into that. Your stats are similar to mine, but I just brought my SAT up from a 1270 to ~1400. I'm looking into Boston University also, bring up your verbal score into the 600s (i'm not trying to sound pretentious), and you should be a shoe in. Otherwise, looking great, you have a nice chance at all of them I'm sure.

a friend of mine just transferred to bucknell. she had about a 1300 SAT and i don't think her freshman and sophmore grades were stellar so i think you might get in there. BU shouldn't be a problem....and i don't know about the rest.

get out of here. we told you already. Your stats are just the same and so are you schools. Give it a rest. Give your mind some rest before the big day comes. Look you finally got a good match for babson and if you get in there Early Decision you don't have to worry about anything else.

c'mon stop using different names Slam Dunk and whatever else you can think of. Tufts is a definite NO unfortunately. Take it off. You don't have any special activities that will give you a hook. For the other schools you have a great shot at Penn State, BU, GW, Bryant is a walk in and Bucknell is not that much of a reach. You should get into Babson especially with Early Decision. Now stop worrying. How many times are you going to come back using another alias with the same schools and stats. I've been on CC for long enough to spot that it is you every single time. You can't fool us CCer's now. I didn't post too often but read your awful and crappy posts quite often. I'm not going to let myself or anyone else do that again.

Dunkaroo what the hell are you talking about? This is my first time at this site. If you can't give me good input please don't respond to my post. I don't think I am a walk in for Bryant either.

"I didn't post too often but read your awful and crappy posts quite often."

cut out your nonsense. Are you going to try to convice us CCer's that you are not collegewannabe, hollaratme, donutlover and whatever other alias you can can think of. Slam Dunk is not any better. Your stats aren't either. We all know you have a 1260 sat score. We know you are not as good at writing as you are at math. We can tell that by your scores. Look your schools get lower and lower. First it was the likes of Cornell, NYU, Johns Hopkins. Now we bring it down to BU, Penn State, Babson and Bryant among a few others.

Your class rank will hurt you but not so much if your essays and are good and if your school is somewhat competitive. Can you please think of something else besides, "What the hellare you talking about?" you have used that line many times over.

For god's sake you will get into Babson. You are at their 50% mark for sat scores. Your gpa is low but you have taken challenging courses so it will make up for it. You haven't sat around doing nothing you have gotten involved and have leadership positions. Right halfway decent essays about how you can change the community or how you can diversify it and you should be set. Babson is a business school so mentioning business will obviously help.

People get into Babson with 3.0 gpa's and 1100 sat scores. You are applying early decision with a decent gpa, very tough courseload, halfway decent extracuriculars and you are obviously committed by applying ED. ED acceptance rate for Babson if I'm not mistaken is 50%. That is very high and with Early Decision the school has more insentive to take you.

Babson is not that tough to get into. The SAT range goes from a 1150-1320. People get in with much lower scores than you.

You will be in.

For your other schools take off Tufts you have no chance in hell for it.

The other schools you have a good shot at Penn State, BU, Bryant, GW etc... At BU people get in with lower scores then you and same with at Penn State. Bryant's average SAT score is somewhere in the 1,000 range. So YES you are a walk in at Bryant.

Your list is all full of matches and safeties which is good. Tufts you probably won't get into. I would say GW might be a reach but if you are into Babson you don't have to worry which you will be.

I'm assuming he thinks you're Collegewannabe (who has a number of other aliases), who was a kid who posted CONSTANTLY asking his chances at Babson and others. I don't know whether you are or not (I'm leaning towards not), but I think you've got a decent shot at Babson.
