in the extremely hypothetical situation that i get in come december 14th, how much do you think cornell would care that i got a C this semester? as of now, my grades arent looking too good, and i only have finals to make or break my grades. is a C grounds for getting RErejected considering i got straight a's last year?

I got B, C+, A+ A-, B+, A- for 1st mp

im worried too

damn it 2nd mp i have much better grades :(

the C is not going to be an automatic reject by any means. that actually happened to my friend last year and he still got into cornell. good luck you guys.

Yeah, I got a 78 in AP/IB HL Physics last marking period, lowest grade I've ever gotten in my life...
Whatever!

I don't think they see the mid-year reports until like January, which by then they would've decided to accept or reject you. I don't think they would accept u and then reject you again just because u got one C.

I got my transfer acceptance letter last week and here's what it said:

"Our acceptance is contingent, of course, on your satisfactorily completing any school work now in progress..."

Basically, don't fail. C is satisfactory and passing.
