F even though I'm changing my major?

So like I posted before, I got an F in an upper division class at a CSU before I transferred to my cc. It's a four unit class. I'm completely changing my major but my gpa will still be around a 3.1 at the end of the fall semester because of the F. What do you think my chances of getting in a few UCs and which ones? I'm planning to major in anthro or sociology.

Pretty good.
Davis, San diego, santa barbera, santa cruz, merced

If you can’t tag this year, then stay another year if UCs are your dream. But i think even without it you’ll be able to slip through and be accepted to a couple. Good luck

u should try and retake the class you failed. it wont look that great but not impossible

I can’t do tag :(

why not? 10chr

Well I can’t for Irvine which is where I really want to go.
I’m not even sure if the UCs will take this course. It’s an intro bio upper division course with lab, 5 units but I took it at a CSU. There’s not just one course that’s articulated to transfer from my current community college to the CSU I was at. Instead, you have to take 2 bio classes to equal the one bio class I already took and failed. So do you think they’ll even care about it?
