So a couple years ago, my high-school sophomore year to be precise, I decided to take a photography course at my local CC. I ended up not liking it very much, and decided to drop it. Well, time went on, and I forgot to drop it, and instead ended up with an F; I talked to the instructor and the CC, and was told that there was nothing that I can do about it, so I chose not to include it on my UC application. It wasn’t an a-g course, and it’s non-transferable so I didn’t see why I should have included it. I was accepted to UCD, but now I’m wondering if my acceptance will be rescinded because of this grade, does anyone know what I should do, if anything?

If it’s a non-transferable course, no, you won’t be rescinded, since non-transferable courses aren’t counted towards your UC GPA at all.

BumpIn this yet again

@ Olorin: see my post above. A non-transferable course is NOT counted. I took some non-transferable courses when I was at community college, and regardless of what grade I got on those, they didn’t count. Even though you should’ve included non-transferable courses on your application, they don’t count and doesn’t affect your UC GPA at all.
