F - (Repeated: Excluded from G.P.A.)

How much does that affect the admission process for berkeley, ucla, irvine, or ucsb?

I received an F, but it doesn't affect my G.P.A., because I guess it was a repeat.

I'm trying to get into UCLA or CAL as an english major. Irvine and ucsb are my safety schools.

What if I end the fall semester with a 3.8 and in scholoars honors?

will it compensate?

was it a UC transferrable class?

yes it was.. it was macroeconomics.. i was gonna be a business major at first.. right now my gpa is a 3.65… i should be ending with a 3.82 for english…

theres an F on my transcript, but it says “Excluded from GPA”…

i cant retake macro because i already have too much on my plate completing all the pre-req for english

I dont think the F will show on your official transcript when its sent in, if its been repeated

you initially got an F and retook the class again?

ohh well, i mean i took it my first semester.. I was getting a B, but then i dropped it because I wanted an A.. I guess I wanted everything to be perfect..

i retook it my second semester, but had a lot of family financial problems, i had to work 40 hours a week, so i failed it..

after that semester, my g.p.a stayed the same, and next to the F it says (Repeat: Excluded from GPA)…

i’m really stressing, because im doing really good now.. im on my way to a 3.8 for an english major.. im finishing all my prereq by spring 2009.. scholars honors..

it would just be sad to do all of this, and not get into ucla or cal

calvinator // it will never disappear no matter what you do..

hmmm… that’s weird..

Yup, it’s a black that just won’t come off no matter what you do.

Better change names and assume a new identity if you want to get into UCLA or UCB.

I call dibs on Miguel Sanchez…
